COVID-19 Safety & Telehealth Policy
Shellharbour Medical Centre offers face-to-face and telehealth appointments.
To be eligible for telehealth, you must have had an in-person visit within the last 6 months.
If you have tested positive for COVID-19, please book a telehealth consult for advice or antivirals.
Before attending your appointment, let reception know if you have:
Fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose, shortness of breath
Nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, or headache
Face masks are recommended and available at reception.

2025 Seasonal Influenza Vaccination
Annual flu vaccines are now available.
Everyone aged 6 months and over is encouraged to get vaccinated, ideally before winter.
You may be eligible for a free flu shot if you are:
Aged 65+
A child under 5
Pregnant
Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander
Living with a chronic health condition
