Appointments & Cancellations
We kindly ask that you provide at least 1 hour notice if you are unable to attend your appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments will incur a non-Medicare-rebatable fee:
$20 for a standard appointment
$40 for a long appointment
We maintain a same-day cancellation list. If you need an urgent appointment, please contact reception and we will do our best to assist.
Test Results
Results are not provided over the phone.
To ensure your privacy and to allow your doctor to explain results clearly and safely, all patients are required to book a follow-up consultation, either in person or via telehealth. This applies to all test results, including blood tests, imaging, and pathology.
If any result is clinically urgent, our team will contact you directly to arrange a review.
Saturday Consultations
All Saturday appointments, including both face-to-face and telehealth, are privately billed, with a $5 weekend surcharge applied to the standard consultation fee. Fees may vary depending on appointment type and are subject to change without notice.
WorkCover Consultations
Initial WorkCover consultations must be booked by phone.
These consultations attract higher fees than standard Medicare consultations and must be paid on the day. A receipt will be provided for reimbursement through your employer or insurer.
Please note: We are currently not accepting new WorkCover patients.
Waiting Times
We strive to run on time; however, delays may occur due to medical emergencies or high patient demand. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
Home Visits
Home visits may be available for patients who are genuinely unable to attend the clinic due to illness or mobility issues. Availability is at the discretion of the treating doctor. Please contact reception to discuss.
